Moulton & Davenham Safety Action Group (MADSAG)
MADSAG was formed in 2005 to address various Community Safety issues including Anti Social Behaviour (ASB) in the parishes of Moulton and Davenham (which includes a significant part of Kingsmead). The group has representatives from each community as well as the police, schools and Vale Royal Community Safety Partnership. It meets bimonthly in Moulton Village Hall. The meetings are not open to the public because sensitive information is frequently discussed. Villagers can raise issues of concern by speaking to a Parish Councillor or the Police Community Support Officer or by direct contact with the Police or other Agency If anyone has information about a crime it should be reported directly to the Police.
