 Supplement to the Council’s Publication Scheme

Any person who makes a request to the Council for information must be informed whether the Council holds the information and, subject to exemptions, supplied with that information.

This is supported by the following arrangements:

  1. Information will be available, where practicable as detailed in the Council’s Publication Scheme:
  1. For information being provided by inspection at suitable premises by prior appointment:

·         Arrangements will be made for the inspection to be carried out within 10 working days of the receipt of the request

·         These arrangements will include agreeing a date, time and venue

·         The inspection will take place in the presence of two members of the Council, one of whom may be the Clerk
