The council welcomes correspondence from all members of the public, especially residents of the community of Moulton in Cheshire.<\/p>\n

The Council will consider all contacts equally and will respond to all correspondence. However, at times we will be unable to respond immediately due to limited resources.<\/p>\n

Receipt of all correspondence is generally managed by the Parish Clerk in the first instance, and as decisions are generally taken at regular monthly meetings, it may take some time before a formal substantive response is received.<\/p>\n
