Infrastructure is defined in Town and Country Planning Act 2008, but there are broadly in three categories:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Social infrastructure:\n<ul>\n<li><i>art and culture, sports halls, education, health, social care, emergency services, community centres or village halls<\/i><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Physical infrastructure:\n<ul>\n<li><i>pavements, cycleways, flood defences, highways, transport links<\/i><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Green infrastructure:\n<ul>\n<li><i>play areas, public open space, woodlands<\/i><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The sum is approximately \u00a36,000 to use.
