The council consists of elected councillors and employees. Councillors are elected every four years, and the next election is due in May 2027. Vacancies on the council can be filled via co-option. The current council size is nine councillors.

Dan was born in Lincolnshire and moved to Cheshire in 2008, moving to Moulton in 2019. A Data Specialist and Communications Manager, he is passionate about film, cars, motorsport and photography. Mark lives with his wife in Wilson drive and moved into the village into 2009. Mark use to be a scout leader but now just helps out with camps as and when required for his old cub pack (Widnes). Hobbies: Ice Hockey fan (Widnes wild), rugby (especially six nations) and walking.- Location: Moulton

Michelle is originally from Rudheath, and has lived in Moulton for 44 years. She has one son who also lives in Moulton, with his wife, and two children, who both attended Moulton Primary School like their Dad. The oldest is now at Leftwich High School, in Year 8, and the youngest is in Year 4 at Moulton Primary School.- Location: Moulton

Originally from the West Riding of Yorkshire has lived in Cheshire now for 46 years and in Moulton since 2007. A father to four children, a grandfather to three, and now semi-retired.
